HEALTH & SAFETY
REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL TRAVELERS ENTERING INTO DUBAI
Effective February 26, 2022, passengers traveling to Dubai from all countries (GCC included) must fulfill one of the below requirements
- Present a valid vaccination certificate(s) reflecting that the passenger is fully vaccinated with a vaccine approved by the WHO or the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and includes a QR code; or
- Present a valid Negative Covid‑19 Test certificate that should be based on a molecular diagnostic test intended for the qualitative detection of nucleic acid for SARS‑COV‑2 viral RNA, that is issued within 48 hours from the time of sample collection and issued by an approved health service provider, with a QR code; or
- Present a valid medical certificate issued by the relevant authorities that the passenger has recovered from Coronavirus SARS Covid‑19 within a period of one (1) month from the date of recovery to the date of arrival, with a QR code

TRAVELERS DEPARTING FROM DUBAI
Passengers travelling from Dubai will need to undergo COVID‑19 PCR testing only if it is required by the country you are travelling to.

- Onsite PCR Testing for International Travelers Returning Home. The Sofitel Dubai Downtown has a third-party travel agency located at the Travel Desk in the hotel lobby that will provide PCR testing at the hotel. PCR tests can be arranged directly with the travel agency onsite at the Sofitel Dubai Downtown.
- Two types of PCR tests will be available. Attendees will be responsible for any expenses associated with their required PCR testing.
- Standard PCR, results will arrive in 24 hours – Price 175 AED
- Express PCR, results will arrive within 12 hours – Price 275

ONSITE HEALTH SERVICES
- Masks will be available to all attendees at the registration desk
- If you experience COVID-19 symptoms onsite, our team will provide you with direct contact information for medical services.
ONSITE MASKING REQUIREMENTS
- Masks are required to be worn in hotel public spaces (hotel lobby, elevators, etc.).
- Masks are NOT required in the dedicated meeting space for Cargo Facts EMEA or during our social activities outside of the meeting space.
- We highly encourage any attendees who are at a personal high risk to wear a mask during Cargo Facts EMEA.

The AFRS app will be the most important tool on-site, so it is extremely important you download and login prior to the event. The app will host your schedule, the list of attendees and your way to stay up to date onsite.

CARGO FACTS EMEA GALA DINNER
Join us for an evening of networking, live entertainment and music.
The 2022 Gala Dinner will be taking place outside by the Pool Terrace, we will have fans outside to help with the heat but we recommend guests dress according to the warm weather and we recommend lightweight fabrics. Suit jackets and or long sleeves are not required for the evening.

The Gala Dinner is included in your conference registration. Attendees must be pre-registered for the dinner to attend.
BADGE POLICY
Official conference name badges must be visible at all times for entrance to the cocktail reception and all conference sessions. Your badge is proof of registration; without it, you will not be allowed to participate in any conference activities. There are no exceptions to this policy.
DRESS CODE
Business Casual Dress is recommended. Suits and ties are not required. Since meeting room temperatures may vary, we recommend you bring a sweater or jacket to the sessions.
ACCESS TO CONTENT
Attendees will have access to all content on-demand inside of the event app. Whether you are joining the session live at the InterContinental San Diego, or if for any reason you are unable to attend the live session, all session recordings will be available on-demand in the event app within 12 hours of the live session ending.
