Your company logo will be featured on the official event website under the “Sponsor” tab, and inside of the virtual event platform. To be listed as a sponsor we need to receive payment for the sponsorship or have a credit card on file. As soon as we receive payment and your company materials we will get you on the website as soon as possible.

VIRTUAL BOOTH MATERIALS
As a Sponsor at the Cargo Facts EMEA Virtual Experience, you have a virtual booth within the virtual event platform. Your virtual booth will be your teams hub within the platform, your booth will host all your company representatives, marketing materials and content, giveaways or promotions for attendees, and a Live Chat function. Your team will be responsible for filling out the form linked below and sending it back to Caitie Devine at [email protected] . The cut off to send your materials is Friday, May 21st.

Please register your complimentary participants online here. Enter the promo code given to you from the Cargo Facts events team, select the corresponding registration type — “Sponsor”. To register additional participants, reference the same link and select the ticket type “Sponsor” at the discounted rate of $725.
